Are you a Freshman? This conference is for Freshmen only and you can meet others your age from all over the state! It is designed to get students intrigued and excited in FFA and to help them understand the FFA Organization so they can get involved and make the most out of the next four years!
Made For Excellence (MFE)
Sophmore???? This conference is designed for you! This conference helps you gain self-discovery of talents, strengths, interested and personal character are emphasized as the individual is channeled to discover their passion in life. This conference focuses on "ME: one's personal skills and development of the ability to be successful."
Advanced Leadership Academy (ALA)
Juniors & Seniors don't think you were left out! Once a leader is comfortable with their own self and self-purpose, they can discover how to work with others, consider diverse prospectives and establish vision. This conference focuses on "WE: the individual leader, their relationships with others and how to establish common vision."
Leadership Development
Sacramento Leadership Experience (SLE)
Hail seniors! 40 are selected to attend this 4 day conference in Sacremento. This is California FFA’s premier capstone conference, individuals and teams are prepared to make things happen. Skills for solving problems, making decisions and accomplishing goals are developed. Students step into the role of one of California's State Senators, are assigned a specific California district. SLE is all about the role of government, agricultural policy and advocacy. This conference focuses on "DO: the ability of the individual leader and team to put their vision into action.”
Washington Leadership Conference (WLC)
Each year, FFA members from all over the United States travel to Washington, D.C., to attend the Washington Leadership Conference (WLC).
During the five-day event, attendees learn how to become effective leaders by learning their purpose, how to value people, how to take action, and how to serve others. FFA members leave WLC with the knowledge and the confidence to act in ways that help their schools, community, and their country.
State Conference
Nearly 4,000 FFA members and guests from across the state attend this convention! Members participate in general sessions, competitive events, educational tours, leadership workshops, a career show and expo, volunteer activities, and much more!
National Convention
Every October 55,000 FFA members gather from accross the nation in the great horse racing state of Kentucky! Members participate in general sessions, competitive events, educational tours, leadership workshops, a career show and expo, plus much more! This is one of the largest annual student conventions in the country!
Chapter Officer Leadership Conference (COLC)
This is specifically designed for the chapter officers! At this conference they develop skills to bring back to the chapter to ensure a successful year.
