Sonoma County Fair Contract

All Animal Projects

This contract needs to be reviewed and signed by all animal exhibitors, their parents, and the FFA Advisors.  It should be returned to the Ag Office, completed, by the predetermined date every year.

School Farm/Barn Facility Use Contract

To be completed by all students utilizing school facilities for their SAE

This contract needs to be reviewed and signed by all animal exhibitors who are using school facilities to raise their animals, their parents, and the FFA Advisors.  It should be returned to the Ag Office, completed, by the predetermined date every year.

Sample Business Plans (AET)

You can use these sample plans for Entrepreneurship or Placement typ projects when building a new Experience in your Experience Manager on your AET account.

 

Solicitor Letter

A form letter example

This letter should be completely personalized, and hand delivered to each company/person that you would like to bid on your project at a fair auction.  Only mail it if necessary.  Make sure to include pictures!

Project Competition Registration

April 14, 2016

American AgCredit will again be hosting the 2016 Sonoma Section Project Competition.  Judging will take place during the month of April.  (Judging will be subject to change, depending on the number of participants).  Please remember to send in your entry and reporting form as well as the individual summary sheets for each student by Monday, March 18, 2016 to the above address.
